There are many different unisex themes to choose from. For instance, Disney themes like Winnie the pooh or mickey mouse clubhouse characters are a fun choice. Noah’s ark is a religious theme but is another good choice for a unisex nursery. Any type of animal theme is good for a unisex nursery as long as you do not choose anything really frightening. I have also seen people use paint to make stripes or different shapes or murals on the wall to create a fun nursery. A friend of mine used two different color paints and did diamond shapes on the wall of their nursery.
